
Dr. Levy, a graduate of the University of Delaware and Middletown, DE resident, received his doctorate degree from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2015 and completed his residency in Ocular Disease at Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates in Maryland. He has a special interest in treating a wide range of chronic ocular diseases including glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, dry eye, and macular degeneration along with post-surgical co-management.
Focused on providing innovative, compassionate, and informative care, Dr. Levy has been providing services to the greater Delaware community for over a decade in private practice settings. He is a member of the American Academy of Optometry and a regular attendee at optometry conferences around the country exploring innovative and advanced treatment protocols to bring back to his practice.
Originally from New York and of Jamaican roots, Dr. Levy was raised in Baltimore, Maryland before becoming a Blue Hen and settling in Delaware. He lives with his wife and three children and enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
